At Skyana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Process
- Contact Us: Email us at Nadjee@skyana.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
