Return & Refunds

At Skyana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Nadjee@skyana.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

    • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
